Daily meditation was one of the core values at the heart of the founding of The Salisbury Centre, over 40 years ago. Today we still maintain this practice as a means of personal spiritual development but also as a service to our community. ¨ Every weekday (Mon-Fri) at 08:00 and 17:30 ¨ Please arrive 5-10 minutes before start time ¨ Non-denominational ¨ 30 minutes silent sitting meditation ¨ Everyone welcome ¨ No experience needed ¨ Free of charge ¨ No need to book ¨ No need to bring anything

18:00 [18:30] Mindfulness practice session - with Kristine
Description:
A series of mindful compassion sessions with plenty of time to practice simple being in a supportive and nourishing environment. Each third Tuesday of the month we'll work with practices developed to grow our capacity for kindness and compassion to ourselves and to others, as well as joy and equanimity practices. There will also be a generous amount of space to respond to what is present in the moment. Each session can be attended as a stand alone event, no need to book. For: anyone with some previous mindfulness experience Suggested donation: £10 for a single session, £40 to book 5 sessions in advance. And if you've not been before, the first session is free!
