10:00 [10:00] Circling Weekend-Edinburgh. A Human Connection Workshop
Description:
This event will be facilitated by Enrique Fernandez, Ranjit Krishnamma and Ksenia Belash. Enrique is the co-founder of Circling Evolution, he leads different types of events based around human connection and also practices as an Integral coach. Ranjit has almost 30 years experience of personal development as a large group facilitator, trainer of facilitators and creator of unique experiential workshops. Ksenia is a circling facilitator, also trained in other modalities, including Gestalt and NVC. She leads various circles inspired by the themes of deep relating, embodied self-expression, authenticity and surrender Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis. In this workshop we'll be exploring the richness of human connection using a variety of techniques like Authentic Relating, Circling and others. Circling, also referred to as interpersonal mindfulness, is a relatively new practice where we put our awareness and attention on what is happening in the here and now, without an agenda or judgement. This allows individuals to deepen their connection with themselves and others. Through gentle awareness exercises you can activate and trust your experience and emotions, circling then enables you to express them in a healthy safe space. The practices are based in bringing our attention to our bodies and to the present moment. We may explore feelings and thoughts, but always in relation to how you feel in the present moment. Deeper and stronger connections are formed through trust, empathy and ownership of your feelings to create a sense of community. Circling is not a form of therapy but many find it provides personal growth and empowerment.

[11:00] Know Yourself exploring the oneness of Being through oneself
Description:
Each session in the series will incorporate study, meditation and group discussion, allowing all the participants to share their experiences and their insights. Although each session is complete in itself, attending more of them may help to develop a deeper awareness of the Oneness of Being, and the double understanding that the One, the Unique Existence, underpins and enlightens all knowledge of oneself. Everyone is invited to develop their own understanding of the invitation to know oneself, as presented in the series title, and of the course materials. Two facilitators will guide and support the course participants in their understanding of the content.
